Customers can make payments in many ways. Methods that are not subject to a fee include:

 most customers sign up for this simple and easy method. The customer preauthorizes us to automatically draft your payment when scheduled. This is hassle-free and makes sure your payment is on time no matter where you happen to be. Click here to sign up for AutoPay with a:

- Making a phone payment with a Sunrise Acceptance account representative has a $7.95 nonrefundable fee. Call 423-244-2604 or toll-free 1-877-423-2604 Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.


- You will not be charged a fee for speaking with a representative about your account. You may speak with a representative before making a payment, and the representative can transfer you to the automated phone payment system to make a payment that will not be subject to a fee. We continue to encourage customers to communicate with their account representative if they will be late with a payment.
